Wes Cain Counseling and Coaching

Wes has a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, is an LPCC, a Nationally Certified Counselor, an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, a Registered Yoga Teacher, and an Affiliate Faculty in the Neuroscience and Psychology Department at Regis University in Denver, CO.  Wes has worked in the mental health field for over a decade across the spectrum as a licensed therapist, a health coach, and a business owner. This includes multiple levels of care in residential, IOP/PHP programs, interventions, private and group practice, and University counseling. Wes believes the core of effective therapy is the relationship. He tailors his therapeutic process to you, in order for you to reach your goals in a manner consistent with what works best for you and your true self. He believes in working off of a foundation of authenticity, compassion, non-judgment, critical thinking, and genuineness.
